Summary
We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Class 1 Truck Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe operation of trucks and transportation equipment . Winch experience an assest. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Class 1 winch trucks and related equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load, secure, transport, and unload equipment, materials.
- Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and daily equipment inspections.
- Complete driver logs, inspection reports, and transportation documentation accurately.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, provincial transportation regulations, and site-specific safety requirements.
- Assist with loading, unloading, and site activities as required.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and report maintenance concerns promptly.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, customers, and project teams.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Class 1 Driver's Licence with a clean driver's abstract.
- Previous winch truck experience an asset.
- Experience hauling equipment and heavy loads preferred.
- Strong knowledge of load securement requirements and transportation regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Physically capable of performing duties in various weather conditions and work environments.

- H2S Alive
- Standard First Aid/CPR
- CSTS or Common Safety Orientation
- TDG (Transportation of Dangerous Goods)
- WHMIS
- Ground Disturbance Certification
