We are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager for our client's location in Mississauga.
This is a new position created to support organizational growth
The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity. This range is provided to ensure clarity and promote equitable access to employment opportunities.
Responsibilities:

Support the execution of retail signage campaigns through Wrike (SV/MV).

Coordinate OSL wireless initiatives, including communication, stakeholder management, and point-of-contact coordination.

Build and maintain XMAT files for each campaign tactic.

Coordinate and manage product re-shipments as required.
-
Maintain and update in-store signage trackers to ensure campaign accuracy.

Serve as the in-office subject matter expert for signage processes and campaign execution.

Manage campaign schedules, late programs, and critical project timelines.

Investigate and resolve print and signage production issues.

Recommend process improvements, innovative solutions, and new ways of working to improve operational efficiency.

Maintain and update project documentation, including Wire Page PowerPoint presentations.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications:

A college diploma or university degree in Business, Project Management, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience coordinating projects, retail campaigns, print production, signage, or marketing initiatives.

Experience managing multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines.

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.

Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with project management tools such as Wrike is considered an asset.

A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Experience tracking timelines, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring projects stay on schedule.
The following certifications are considered an asset but are not required:

Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)

Facilities Management Professional (FMP)

International Project Management Association (IPMA) Certification
