Customer Service / Inside Sales / Office Assistant
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service, Inside Sales, and Office Assistant. This multifaceted role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with clients, support sales initiatives, and assist with daily office operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and strong attention to detail.
Printer World is an independently owned and operated printer & printer supply provider in Western Canada. We supply business, government & individuals with many brands of printers and printer supplies.
The customer service / sales / office assistant will provide customers with exceptional customer support with their purchase of printer supplies (toners, inks, drums, imaging units for all brands) and assist with all office duties. Some technical experience with printer supplies is an asset, however being willing to learn the language of printer supplies, is necessary.
Experience with tasks within QuickBooks; sales orders, purchase orders & invoices and receiving payments is ideal. Proficiency with Microsoft Office & the POS machine is essential. Prior retail sales experience, greeting customers, taking customer phone & email orders is an asset.
Our business hours are 9 – 3 pm Monday to Thursday and 9 - 12pm Fridays
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24.0 – 30.0 per week
