Top Threads Inc. is looking for an experienced Screen Printer to join our production team. We are a fast-paced apparel decoration company specializing in screen printing, embroidery, DTF, and promotional products. Responsibilities:
Set up and operate automatic screen printing presses.
Register jobs accurately and maintain print quality throughout production.
Mix inks and prepare screens when required.
Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed.
Meet daily production targets while maintaining attention to detail.
Keep equipment and work area clean and organized.
Work closely with the production team to ensure orders are completed on schedule.
Qualifications:
Previous screen printing experience is required.
Experience operating automatic presses is an asset.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
