Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Cashier/Customer Service Representative to join our retail team.
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, process transactions accurately and efficiently, and help create a welcoming and positive experience for every customer.
We are looking for candidates who are available for a variety of weekday and weekend shifts, including:
- 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
- 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
- 10:00 PM–6:00 AM
- Weekday and weekend shifts available
Duties
- Must be comfortable with working alone
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping experience
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process sales
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and perform accurate cash handling procedures
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product availability
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to minimize wait times
- Ensure the checkout area and store remains clean, organized, and welcoming
- Support the team with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
Experience
- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for transaction accuracy
Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
