Duties
- Assist with the setup, operation, and shutdown of pumping equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Perform heavy lifting to move equipment, supplies, and materials safely around the worksite
- Drive company vehicles or forklifts as needed to transport tools, parts, or personnel between locations
- Support the maintenance team by inspecting pumps and related machinery for issues or wear
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote safety and efficiency
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all operations and report any hazards or incidents promptly
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks effectively and meet operational deadlines
Skills
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in various weather conditions
- Valid driving license with experience operating vehicles or forklifts preferred
- Strong physical stamina and endurance for extended periods of standing, walking, or lifting
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work well within a team
- Attention to detail when inspecting equipment or completing logs and reports
- Willingness to learn safety procedures and operational protocols in a fast-paced environment
