As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will act as the primary point of contact for the delivery of an effective and efficient continuum of Human Resources services, initiatives, and programs based on contractual obligation, legislative requirements, industry best practices, and HSN’s strategic direction.

HSN is seeking an experienced, talented leader to join its foundational Human Resources (HR) team. The successful applicant will be a highly motivated individual with proven ability to manage multiple projects and multitasking, and demonstrate professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management (HRM) or in a related field, from an accredited university.
- A current certification as a Human Resources Leader (CHRL).
- A minimum of four (4) years’ experience working in a large unionized and highly diversified public or private sector organization, preferably in a health care environment.
