Notre-Boeuf-De-Grâce is looking for an experienced, hands-on Manager to lead our restaurant team. We're searching for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences while building a positive, high-performing team.
As Manager, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including team leadership, guest satisfaction, financial performance, food quality, and operational excellence. You will play a key role in driving the success of the restaurant while maintaining our high standards of hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a strong front and back of house team.
- Foster a positive, professional, and accountable workplace culture.
- Ensure every guest receives outstanding service and a memorable dining experience.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and overall operational standards.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure efficient labour coverage.
- Prepare and submit bi-weekly payroll reports.
- Analyze sales, labour, and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Work closely with ownership to achieve business goals and drive continued growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a successful team.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and hospitality standards.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience with scheduling, inventory management, and payroll reporting.
- Bartending experience is considered an asset.
