Job Title: Server / Bartender
Job Summary
Provide efficient, friendly food and beverage service while ensuring an excellent guest experience. Handle both floor service and bar operations with professionalism and speed.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet guests, take orders, and deliver food & drinks promptly
* Provide menu knowledge and upsell items/specials
* Prepare alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes
* Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar, and service areas
* Process payments accurately (cash/POS)
* Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues professionally
* Check IDs and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines
* Assist with opening/closing duties and stock management
Requirements
* Prior experience in serving or bartending preferred
* Strong communication and multitasking skills
* Basic knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and food service
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Flexible availability (weekends/evenings)

Pay
Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Seasonal
