Job Summary

Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies targeting interior renovation projects, focusing on B2B clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and market analysis.
- Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through proactive account management.
- Lead the sales team by providing coaching, training, and motivation to achieve sales targets.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track leads, manage pipelines, and analyze sales performance data.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
- Conduct technical sales presentations and negotiations with clients, ensuring solutions meet their needs while maximizing profitability.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches and identify emerging opportunities.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our renovation products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Foster strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and industry partners to expand our network.
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales within the interior renovation, construction, or related industry.
- Demonstrated success in outside sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong background in marketing strategies relevant to the renovation sector.
- Experience with technology sales or technical sales is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce for managing customer relationships and analyzing data.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with business development expertise.
- Strong analysis skills for market research, competitive analysis, and sales forecasting.
- Leadership experience in managing or mentoring a sales team is preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Pay: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
