Store Assistant Manager

- Make sure all employees adhere to store’s policies and guidelines

- Act as our store’s representative and set an example for our staff

- Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best

- Ensure that the store is clean, well-organized, and properly merchandised

- Monitor retail operating costs, budgets and resources

- Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)

- Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives

- Monitor and maintain store inventory

- Assist the Manager in planning and implementing strategies to find the best product

- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning

- Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs

- Handle complaints from customers

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
