About Üphoria Yoga
Üphoria Yoga is a family-focused wellness studio located in Vancouver, offering kids yoga, after-school programs, summer camps, prenatal and postnatal classes, adult yoga, birthday parties, and corporate wellness programs.
We are looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Studio Growth Coordinator to help us grow our business, increase registrations, and bring new ideas to life.
This role is ideal for someone who loves marketing, community building, and wellness, and is excited to play a key role in expanding a purpose-driven business.
Role Overview
The Studio Growth Coordinator will work closely with the founders to execute marketing initiatives, develop partnerships, support sales, and launch new programs. The primary goal of this role is to increase enrollment in our classes, camps, and programs while helping grow the Üphoria Yoga brand.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Social Media
- Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, email newsletters, and the website.
- Assist with reels, stories, promotions, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Maintain and update website content, landing pages, and promotional materials.
- Design marketing assets using tools such as Canva.
Sales & Enrollment Growth
- Respond to inquiries and convert leads into registrations.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase enrollment in classes, camps, and after-school programs.
- Monitor sales performance and suggest ways to improve conversions and retention.
Community Outreach & Partnerships
- Build relationships with schools, PACs, community organizations, and local businesses.
- Coordinate partnerships and promotional opportunities.
- Identify new business opportunities, including corporate wellness and workshops.
Program Development
- Research and propose new class ideas, workshops, and revenue opportunities.
- Support the launch and promotion of new offerings.
- Analyze trends and customer feedback to guide programming decisions.
Administrative Support
- Assist with scheduling, promotions, and operational tasks.
- Track marketing efforts and report on results.
- Support special events and studio initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, sales, business development, or community outreach.
- Strong social media and content creation skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated, creative, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
- Passion for wellness, yoga, and working with families.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in the wellness, fitness, or education industry.
- Familiarity with Canva, Wix, and WellnessLiving.
- Photography, videography, or graphic design skills.
