Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team, providing expert maintenance, repair, and installation services for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in various related trades to ensure optimal operation of HVAC systems across commercial and residential properties. Duties
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, Boilers, HRV's, heat pumps, and more
- Perform weekend ON CALL duties
- Perform plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems such as drainage and piping connections
- Conduct brazing and fabrication as needed for system repairs or modifications
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to accurately diagnose issues
- Assist with boiler maintenance and repairs to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to identify system malfunctions and implement effective solutions
- Perform appliance repairs related to HVAC components or associated systems
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation of work performed
Skills
- Proven experience with HVAC systems installation, repair, and maintenance
- Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of plumbing, brazing, boilers, and appliances
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals accurately
- Construction experience is a plus for complex installations or modifications
- Mechanical knowledge of various systems including refrigeration, ductwork, and electrical components
- Mechanic experience in troubleshooting complex mechanical issues
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour
