About the Role
NOVO is seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as a Marketing Driver & Window Cleaning Technician. This role involves transporting team members to assigned work areas, participating in door-to-door marketing, and assisting with residential and commercial window cleaning services.
Responsibilities
- Drive coworkers to assigned neighbourhoods and job sites.
- Participate in door-to-door marketing and lead generation activities.
- Perform residential and commercial window cleaning services.
- Assist with setting up and maintaining equipment and supplies.
- Represent NOVO professionally and provide excellent customer service.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Follow company safety procedures and standards.
- Keep vehicles and equipment clean and organized.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Comfortable working outdoors and staying active throughout the day.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment when necessary.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
