Position Overview:
The Warehouse Assistant (Downstocker, Overstocker, Picker, or Packer) is required to accurately replenish product or pick/pack outbound orders each day, often working under pressure, with extremely tight deadlines to ensure our customers receive our products on time.
Compensation: Pay Range Rate: based on experience, Year-End performance bonus; Paid lunch break-30 Mins; Pizza/BBQ days; Holiday Party; Group Benefits; and more!
Type: Permanent Full Time (Non-Contract)
Shift: Monday – Friday. A typical working schedule will be 40 - 44 hours per week, depending on your role, to be assigned within our standard Distribution business hours (currently 7 am to 7 pm).
Responsibilities:
Work to downstock, overstock, pick or pack orders daily. Utilize RF scanner (warehouse management system) for all transactions. Maintain a clean and sanitary work area. Perform other duties as assigned. Report to Distribution Management Team. Being efficient and accurate, with a strong attention to detail, is the key to success in this role.
Qualifications:
1+ years of Distribution experience; proficient in English – both written and oral; physically fit and able to repeatedly lift/move packages up to 40lbs throughout an entire work day; computer literate and proficient with MS Windows; able to work under extremely tight deadlines; highly skilled in problem-solving, planning, and organizing; punctual and reliable.

SIGN ON BONUS: $500 on 2nd pay cycle+ $500 after 3 months + 1000 after 6 months of employment
