Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide vehicle options that fit
- Build strong relationships and deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Manage leads effectively, from initial contact to close
- Stay up to date on current inventory, promotions, and market trends
- Work closely with management, finance, and service teams to ensure smooth customer transactions
- Strong telecommunication skills with incoming and outgoing calls
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license (unrestricted)
- Valid VSA license and asset (criminal record check required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented
