We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and support a high-performing team. This role is hands-on and operational, ensuring the smooth flow of goods from receiving to shipping while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
You will play a key role in keeping warehouse activities organized, supporting inventory accuracy, and driving productivity on the floor.
Warehouse Operations

Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and shipping

Ensure orders are processed accurately and within timelines

Support overall workflow and maintain organized operations on the floor
Inventory Management

Maintain accurate inventory records

Assist with cycle counts and stock monitoring

Support proper handling and tracking of goods
Team Leadership

Lead and support warehouse staff in daily tasks

Assign work, monitor performance, and provide guidance

Help train team members and reinforce best practices
Logistics Coordination

Work closely with internal teams and carriers to ensure timely shipments

Support coordination of inbound and outbound logistics
Process Execution & Improvement

Follow established warehouse procedures

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and workflow
Reporting & Issue Escalation

Track daily activity and flag operational issues as needed

Support reporting on warehouse performance
Health & Safety

Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company policies

Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Facility & Maintenance Support

Assign basic building maintenance tasks to the warehouse team

Escalate major maintenance needs to management
Quality Control

Pull cartons for quantity verification and quality checks

Communicate findings with Production

Return approved goods back into inventory

Experience in warehouse operations or supervision

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Forklift operator (required)

Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail, especially with inventory and accuracy
