Air Filter Sales & Service is hiring Production Labourers to join our hardworking, down-to-earth team. You’ll help keep our warehouse running smoothly working as part of our production team cleaning, sorting, and packaging filter bags, cartridges and panels in preparation for client service work in addition to assisting with warehouse organization, inventory management and general cleaning duties and functions.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Cleaning, sorting, and prepping filters for out-going orders
- Managing your workstation by ensuring workspace is kept tidy and all supplies are stocked
- Identifying and resolving minor mechanical problems helping keep machines operational
- Completing inventory and quality assurance checks on incoming and outgoing filters
- Performing repetitive and demanding tasks (standing, climbing, lifting, crawling) in areas with exposure to dirt, dust, vibration, and excessive noise
- Handling a variety of ad-hoc general warehouse duties and support pickup/delivery operations when required
- Adhering to workplace safety policies, regulations, and compliance while wearing personal protective equipment (PPE)
What You Will Bring:
- Aptitude for working in varied and challenging environments (dust, noise, heights, confined spaces, weather extremes)
- Capable of lifting 50 lbs or more
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, proven interpersonal abilities, and willingness to learn
- Valid class 5 driver's license complete with a clean driving record
- Clean background check (required for successful candidates prior to hire)
- Ability to accommodate evening and weekend work as required
Assets That Set You Apart:
- Confined Space, Fall Protection, WHMIS, CSTS, Forklift, and/or First Aid Certifications
- Prior experience driving large vehicles with trailers
- Technical knowledge in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Prior experience working with forklifts is a plus
