Keyholder / Sales Supervisor
Summary
The Keyholder / Sales Supervisor is responsible for supporting the store management team in maximizing sales, delivering an exceptional customer shopping experience, and ensuring the store operates according to company visual and operational standards. As the Manager on Duty, the Keyholder / Sales Supervisor assumes responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
Sales Leadership
Act as Manager on Duty by supervising associates in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
Drive sales performance and achieve store sales goals.
Ensure all sales standards and procedures are consistently followed.
Deliver outstanding customer service while demonstrating strong selling skills.
Maximize sales through effective floor supervision and team leadership.
Associate Development
Support the training and development of associates in product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and store operations.
Provide coaching, guidance, and constructive feedback to sales associates.
Lead by example by selling alongside associates to strengthen overall team performance.
Operational Excellence
Protect company assets by maintaining key control, following loss prevention procedures, completing inventory documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and the Employee Handbook.
Maintain accuracy and accountability in cash handling, inventory management, store facilities, and company property.
Ensure operational procedures are followed efficiently and consistently.
Store Standards
Assist in implementing merchandising, promotional, and floor set directives.
Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high store presentation and operational standards.
Understand, support, and follow all company policies and procedures.
Merchandising & Visual Presentation
Ensure the sales floor remains clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Maintain merchandise displays, fixtures, and visual presentation according to current company standards.
Help create an engaging shopping environment that enhances the customer experience.
