We are a rapidly growing Canadian supplier of specialty bathroom products seeking highly motivated, sales-driven professionals to expand our outside sales force. This is a commission-only opportunity with no base salary and high earning potential, ideal for individuals who thrive in performance-based environments, are confident in their sales abilities, and are looking to grow with a dynamic company.
Responsibilities
This position includes the following primary responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow existing accounts.
- Territory management.
- Prospecting.
- Call and acquire new accounts.
- Meet – and exceed - established monthly sales targets.
This position has the following additional responsibilities:

- Actively listen to customers, analyze their needs - and offer solutions.

Qualifications:
- Valid Ontario G2 or G driver’s licence
- Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel daily
- Commission sales experience required
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Basic Microsoft Office proficiency
- Professional appearance and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage appointments efficiently
