Intent of the process
We have different administrative types of positions we may be looking to fill through this inventory in different fields such as Human Resources, Finance, Information Management, etc.

You may have noticed there is no end date to the poster and wondering why?… That’s because the CSPS is constantly changing which means we always have opportunities. Although, we encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible, our plan is to select submitted applications from the inventory as soon and as often as the needs arise.

Additional qualifications may be required by the hiring manager(s). Applicants will be provided the opportunity to submit information or be assessed in relation to any additional qualifications that may be applied.

If you are an employee of the public service of Canada and are qualified through this process, you may be considered for deployment, acting, assignment or secondment opportunities (with appropriate approvals).

A pool of partially qualified candidates may be established through various staffing processes run through this inventory to staff similar positions with various tenures within the Canada School of Public Service.

If you meet the EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE requirements, you will be asked to complete an experience questionnaire which will be specific to the position you are being considered for. It will be sent to you by e-mail and your GC Jobs account and can be completed from the comfort of your home. You will have an established period of time to complete the questionnaire at a time that works best for you.

Candidates who have been found to meet the qualifications requested through the experience questionnaire and the additional competencies will be invited to participate in different types of assessments according to the position they are being considered for.
