Key Responsibilities:
· Welcome and assist patients in person and on the phone with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive experience.
· Manage and maintain electronic medical records (EMRs) with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments, maintaining accurate and up-to-date calendars.
- Tackle and triage patient inquiries with a can-do attitude.
- Manage surgical booking with precision, coordinating dates and preparing necessary documentation.
- Team up with the gynecologist to make every clinic day a success.
What We Are Looking For:
- A computer whiz with a knack for office software and electronic medical records. Bonus points if you have Accuro experience.
- A multitasking maven with an eye for detail.
- A phone conversationalist who knows how to be kind but assertive.
- Experience as a Medical Office Assistant is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person who is ready to learn.
- Initiative-taking and adaptable to a remote work setup with occasional in-office days.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00-$32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
