Responsibilities
- Safely navigate local streets and neighborhoods to deliver orders efficiently and on time
- Greet customers warmly upon delivery, providing friendly and professional service
- Verify order accuracy before departure to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle cash or electronic payments accurately and responsibly when required
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of your delivery vehicle at all times
- Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols to ensure personal and public safety
- Communicate effectively with the team regarding delivery status or any issues encountered
Experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate a vehicle safely in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Basic navigation skills using GPS or maps applications
- Previous experience in customer service or delivery roles is a plus but not required
- Must be at least 18 years old (or as per local regulations)
