Overview
We are seeking a Cosmetic Nurse and Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in injectables, sales, team management. If you are passionate about giving clients the best service, driving sales, and leading a team to success, we want to hear from you.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Injectable Treatments: Administer cosmetic injections such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other neuromodulators. Provide pre- and post-treatment care instructions to clients, ensuring optimal results.
Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their aesthetic goals, concerns, and preferences. Utilize active listening and probing techniques to recommend appropriate treatments and develop personalized treatment plans.
Sales and Revenue Generation: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of medical spa services, products, and packages to effectively upsell and cross-sell to clients. Meet or exceed sales targets by confidently presenting treatment options, pricing, and promotions. Follow up with prospective clients to close sales and secure bookings.
Product Knowledge and Education: Stay informed about the latest trends, advancements, and technologies in medical aesthetics. Educate clients about treatment procedures, benefits, and outcomes to build trust and confidence in the services offered.
Customer Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries or concerns promptly, and maintaining regular communication. Collect feedback to gauge client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
Administrative Duties: Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing payments. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all transactions to uphold the professional image of the medical spa.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including medical professionals, aestheticians, and support staff, to deliver a cohesive and coordinated experience for clients. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and promotional events as required.
Leadership and Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and manage medical aestheticians, nurses, and administrative staff. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
Operation Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently. Manage the clinic’s schedule, ensuring optimal appointment booking and staff utilization. Maintain inventory levels for products and supplies, ensuring they are stocked and stored appropriately. Ensure the clinic is well-maintained and equipment is regularly serviced.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
