Lethbridge Recovery Centre and Detox Services is seeking a compassionate, organized, and adaptable Administrative Support III to join our team. In this permanent role, you will provide advanced administrative support to a multidisciplinary addiction and mental health program, helping to ensure the efficient delivery of recovery-oriented services. As a key member of the team, you will coordinate a variety of administrative functions, including client admissions and discharges, scheduling, records management, data entry, report preparation, purchasing activities, and general office support. Working closely with clinical staff, leadership, clients, and community partners, you will contribute to a positive client experience and support program operations. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy. Required Qualifications:
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Minimum one year experience in an administrative role within the health system/Recovery Alberta is an asset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Connect Care is an asset. Experience in an Addiction & Mental Health setting would be an asset. Experience managing program staffing would be an asset.
