Iron Shield Roofing is hiring experienced Flat Roofing Installers to join our field crew in Edmonton. You’ll install, repair, and maintain flat and low-slope membrane roofing systems on commercial, industrial, and multi-family buildings across Edmonton and surrounding communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Install EPDM, TPO, SBS torch-on, SBS cold-process, and modified bitumen roofing systems
- Perform roof repairs, flashing work, and detail work to manufacturer specifications
- Follow all Alberta OHS regulations and Iron Shield site safety protocols at all times
- Work efficiently as part of a skilled crew to meet project timelines and quality standards
- Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness to company standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of flat or low-slope roofing installation experience
- Familiarity with membrane roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, SBS preferred)
- Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights and outdoors
- Valid Fall Protection certificate
- Valid Alberta driver’s license is an asset
