Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Slickline and or Swabbing Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our team. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to effectively manage a team. If you have experience in horizontal drilling, oil and gas operations, and heavy equipment operation, we encourage you to apply.
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the team
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Provide guidance and support to team members
- Monitor progress and productivity of the team
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow
- Train new team members on equipment operation and safety procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role is required
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of heavy equipment operation
- Proficient in Slickline & Swabbing Operations
- Familiarity with rigging up and out, Slickline and or Swabbing Units and crane operations
- Commercial driving experience is necessary (Class 3 Q)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
