Duties

- Conduct thorough research to identify potential sponsors, including analyzing databases and market trends.
- Coordinate sponsorship activities, including event participation, branding opportunities, and recognition initiatives.
- Manage sponsorship records using databases such as Raiser's Edge or similar CRM tools to track interactions and commitments.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that highlight sponsor contributions and benefits.
- Provide exceptional customer service to sponsors by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring positive experiences.
Requirements
- Proven experience in fundraising, sponsorship development, or related roles with a focus on relationship management.
- Strong research skills to identify new sponsorship opportunities and analyze market data.
- Familiarity with databases such as Raiser's Edge or comparable Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to develop marketing strategies that effectively promote sponsorship partnerships.
- Experience working with marketing teams to coordinate outreach campaigns and promotional activities.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
