This position plays a critical role in supporting both our retail customers and service department by ensuring the right parts are available when they're needed.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing trailer parts and accessories
- Provide exceptional customer service both in-person and over the phone
- Process parts orders, quotes, and invoices accurately
- Support the Service Department by sourcing and supplying required parts
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with inventory control procedures
- Receive and stock incoming parts shipments
- Keep the parts department clean, organized, and well-presented
- Follow up on special orders and communicate updates to customers
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal team members
What We're Looking For
- Previous parts, automotive, trailer, agricultural, powersports, RV, or equipment industry experience is considered an asset
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers and inventory management systems
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Positive attitude and solution-focused mindset
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays as required
