Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer focused Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for service or repair. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, accurately assessing vehicle issues, and recommending appropriate services to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and listen to their concerns regarding their vehicles
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and communicate them clearly to customers
- Upsell additional services or repairs based on customer needs and vehicle condition
- Schedule appointments and manage the service departments workflow
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles throughout the repair process
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience and skills:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry
- Some mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes
- Proven ability to upsell products or services to customers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly

Pay: $36,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
