We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Food Service Professional. This role involves preparing and serving high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items following established recipes and standards
- Serve customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Handle food with care, maintaining proper hygiene and safety protocols
- Assist in food presentation and plating to ensure visual appeal
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
- Follow all food safety regulations and procedures to prevent contamination
- Manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety standards
- Familiarity with meal preparation and food safety regulations within the food industry
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in food presentation and cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
