The Role – What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead a 2-3 person team, ensuring safety, efficiency, and top-notch service
- Drive and operate commercial vehicles (DZ/AZ license required)
- Perform pressure washing for fleets, industrial sites, and commercial properties
- Ensure customer satisfaction by being professional, friendly, and reliable
- Maintain trucks & equipment for smooth daily operations
- Track work logs and fuel & refill trucks daily
Who We’re Looking For
- Experienced DZ/AZ Driver with a clean abstract – Minimum 5 years of safe driving in various road conditions
- · Willingness to work in various weather conditions and flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Leadership Mindset – Experience managing a crew is a big plus.
- Customer-Focused – Strong communication & service skills
- Hardworking & Reliable – You show up on time, take pride in your work, and is comfortable working outdoors all year round in all weather conditions. Please note: HMW maintains a zero-tolerance policy for unexcused no-shows.”
- Comfortable at Heights – Some jobs might require working at heights.
- Hamilton-Based – Must live in the area with a personal vehicle
- Legally Authorized to Work in Canada
