As a Operations Manager, you will be working directly with our General Manager to develop and learn the skills required to move into multi-functioning dynamic role whereby you will be responsible for:
- Plan, organize, direct and supervise installation and service teams
- Conduct technician ride alongs
- Quality Control
- Assist in Health and Safety Training
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Train new employees
- Assist with installs or service work during high demand periods
Specific qualifications for the Operations Manager position include:
- Must have 3-5 years experience in Residential HVAC OR management experience in the HVAC industry
- Strong interpersonal, customer relations and problem-solving skills and the proven ability to effectively organize tasks and manage time.
- Excellent written skills
- Extracurricular activities involving leadership responsibilities
- Experience with P&L
- Experience with Service Titan
