Full open availability: 7 days a week (Weekdays, Weekends, and Holidays).
Fully flexible to work late-night closing shifts, including closing until 3:30 AM.
Duties & Responsibilities
Prepared and served a variety of hot and cold espresso-based beverages, iced drinks, and specialty café offerings with high consistency and quality.
Crafted latte art and ensured visually appealing drink presentation.
Welcomed guests, provided attentive customer service, processed orders accurately, and handled cash and card transactions using POS systems.
Maintained clean, organized work areas and completed thorough end-of-night closing procedures while adhering strictly to food safety and health regulations.
Restocked inventory and supplies, assisting with light food prep and dessert service during peak and late-night rush hours.
Worked efficiently under high-volume pressure while upholding beverage standards and supporting team members.
Key Qualifications & Skills
Hands-on experience operating commercial espresso machines, grinders, and standard café equipment.
Solid understanding of espresso extraction, milk steaming techniques, and beverage consistency.
Reliable, punctual team player with strong communication, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Knowledge of standard food safety and safe handling practices.
