Vivia Riu Medspa is offering a private treatment room for rent inside our luxury med spa.
The space is ideal for independent beauty/wellness professionals, including but not limited to: Lash Artists, Brow Specialists, PMU Artists, RMTs etc
Duties
- Provide high-quality beauty and wellness services.
- Deliver exceptional guest services through friendly communication and personalized attention.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the treatment room to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Manage your own appointments efficiently at the front desk, including scheduling, confirming bookings, and handling walk-ins.
- Promote retail sales by demonstrating products and cross selling other relevant treatments or merchandise to clients.
- Conduct product demos and educate clients on service options to enhance their experience.
- Ensure proper sanitation of tools and equipment after each service to adhere to health regulations.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business through excellent customer service and professional hospitality skills.
Qualifications
- Valid licensing or certification relevant to the services offered.
- Experience in customer service, guest relations, or hospitality environments preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols specific to beauty and wellness services.
- Skills in retail sales, upselling, cross selling and product demonstrations are advantageous.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
