We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker with minimum 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodworking and cabinet fabrication, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This role involves constructing high-quality cabinets and custom millwork, ensuring precision and attention to detail in every project.
Responsibilities
- Interpret and work from blueprints and schematics to create custom cabinets and custom millwork.
- Fabricate cabinets using various materials, ensuring adherence to design specifications.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker/Lead Hand (minimum 7 years experience) or similar role in woodworking or carpentry.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of schematics related to cabinet construction.
- Familiarity with various hand tools and power tools used in woodworking.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
