*Job Summary*
Matrix Metal is seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team. If you applied back in March we did not review those ressumes as we had some delays in the start of our contracts. please apply again to express your interest.
The ideal candidate will posess a strong skill set for fabricating and welding metal components according to blueprints and specifications. And also have a strong desire for advancement into lead hand and or foreman position.
*Duties*
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
- Cutting material, layout and fabrication of complex structures
- Perform welding tasks using various techniques such as MIG, TIG, and stick welding
- Use measuring tools to ensure accuracy in fabrication
- Assemble fabricated parts onsite to build structures or equipment
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
*Qualifications*
- Proficiency in welding techniques
- Experience with fabricating metal components
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Knowledge of hand tools for fabrication work
- Forklift operation experience
- Fall protection, Scissor lift, Boom lift and telehandler tickets are required or training will be needed
- CWB all position stick, flux core and Some stainless CWB tickets are required or training will be needed
- Training and assistance can be provided after successful completion of probationary period and a one year minimun employment agreement has been signed and agreed upon.

Pay: $35.00-$42.00 per hour
