We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Kinesiologist to join our orthopeidic surgery team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, develop personalized rehabilitation plans, and support patients in achieving their mobility and recovery goals. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions using medical terminology and clinical analysis skills.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on rehabilitation, injury prevention, and mobility improvement.
- Administer medication and oversee medication administration protocols as prescribed by physicians.
- Utilize electronic medical records to document patient progress accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and therapists, to coordinate patient care.
- Provide patient education on treatment procedures, exercises, and health management strategies.
- Maintain organizational skills to manage caseloads effectively and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Use computer operation skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to prepare reports and communicate with team members.
- Support pediatric or acute care cases as needed, demonstrating flexibility and specialized knowledge in these areas.
- Deliver excellent customer service by addressing patient concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Manage time effectively to balance multiple cases while maintaining high standards of care.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospital settings or outpatient clinics with familiarity in medical terminology and case management.
- Proficiency strong computer skills for documentation and analysis.
- Knowledge of electronic medical records systems is essential for maintaining accurate patient documentation.
- Experience working with trauma patients and amputees or in acute care environments is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Strong organizational skills for managing multiple cases simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

Pay: $16.48-$35.00 per hour
