Job Purpose:
Perform monitoring procedures related to production and quality activities to ensure production procedures are being followed and customer specifications and regulatory requirements are being met
Responsibilities including but not limited to:
Responsible for operational monitoring as per the Preventive Controls Program and Plan and recording monitoring results in accurate and timely manner:
- CCP monitoring
- Inspection and recording of pre-operational tasks and releasing the production areas upon successful inspection.
- Perform ATP swabbing, environmental swabbing (swab test), allergen swabs
- Collect RTE finished product samples for sample retention and testing
- Monitor packaging to ensure correct labelling, date coding, and correct packaging is being followed.
- Printing of case labels and reconciliation of label usage with QC Supervisor
- Check compliance of final product specifications through weight, color, visual inside & outside and BBD verification of RTE and raw finished products
- Issue labels for rework, WIP, allergen, waste and verify labels are correctly applied
- Document and report deviations observed to relevant department head
- Monitoring of GMP compliance and hands on correction
- Verification of accuracy of monitoring devices and documentation (metal detector, gas analyzer, pH meter etc)
- Monitoring of compliance with operational requirements and recording on daily Operations Record
- Any additional task assigned by QC Supervisor
· Represent the company in a professional manner in dealings with government personnel, customers and any all-other visitors to the plant facility.
