As an Implementation Specialist, you'll lead customers through a smooth, structured launch of their Hub-setting up the platform, supporting content/configuration, and making sure admins feel fully trained and confident. You'll partner closely with Customer Success and Support to keep implementations on schedule, reduce friction, and deliver a clean handoff into ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead customer onboarding sessions from kickoff through launch: requirements gathering, configuration, user setup, and go-live readiness.
Build and maintain implementation plans, checklists, and timelines to keep projects organized and on track.
Support basic data and content migrations (imports, setup, validation) and verify accuracy before launch.
Create clear admin enablement materials, including training guides, quick-start documentation, and repeatable rollout templates.
Document internal workflows, handoffs, and best practices to improve consistency and scalability across implementations.
Proactively identify risks and blockers, communicate impacts early, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.
Track progress and outcomes, ensuring all deliverables are completed and customer expectations are met.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, customer support, or tech-enabled services.
Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations at once.
Confident leading customer calls, translating needs into clear next steps, and driving follow-through.
Excellent written communication and documentation skills (guides, SOPs, checklists, knowledge base).
Comfortable learning new tools quickly; CRM/ticketing experience (HubSpot, Zendesk, Jira, etc.) is an asset.
