We are looking for a hands-on foreman to lead our bathroom builds and hold every project to a high standard.
What You'll Do
- Lead bathroom renovations from demo through final punch-list
- Deliver clean tile work, proper waterproofing, level vanities, and paint-ready finishes
- Build custom walk-in showers, niches, and detailed tile layouts
- Run the day-to-day on site and keep the project on schedule
- Coordinate with plumbers and electricians to keep things moving
- Solve the usual bathroom reno problems on the fly: out-of-square walls, uneven floors, tricky layouts
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners in their space
- Guide and mentor junior crew members
- Report daily progress to the project manager
What You Need
- 2 to 3+ years in residential renovations, with strong bathroom and tile experience
- Solid skills in tile setting, waterproofing, and finish work to a clean, paint-ready standard
- A good eye for reveals, layout, and symmetry
- Able to read drawings and follow a plan
- Comfortable with finish tools (wet saw, miter saw, track saw, laser level, and so on)
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in an occupied home
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
