Verdant HR is seeking a highly organized Client Service Representative to support our recruiting team. In this role, you will manage the logistics of the hiring process—from scheduling interviews and coordinating with clients to processing background checks and facilitating onboarding. We are looking for a professional with excellent communication skills who can deliver a top-tier experience to both our corporate clients and candidates.
Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, or in person, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company database.
- Assist clients with account management, including onboarding, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requests are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.
- Provide information about products or services, helping clients make informed decisions.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, processing paperwork, and generating reports as needed.
- Uphold professional standards of communication and conduct at all times.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar tools is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or client relations is a plus but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and professionally.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
