Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Runner/Barback to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role is essential in supporting our bartenders and kitchen staff by ensuring smooth service flow and maintaining a clean, organized environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. Prior experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality is preferred, but we welcome eager learners eager to grow within the industry.
Duties
- Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, garnishes, and glassware promptly during service. Including but not limited to: changing kegs, restocking beer/liquor, making cocktail syrups, cutting and replacing garnishes.
- Maintain cleanliness of bar and service areas, including cleaning glasses, utensils, and bar equipment
- Ensure guest areas are tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times
Skills
- Experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality environments
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Friendly attitude with strong guest service orientation and teamwork skills
Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Must have weekend and night availability
- A valid smart serve certification

Pay: $17.20-$22.20 per hour
