Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented bookkeeper to assist with bookkeeping for a variety of clients.
Responsibilities may include:
- Data entry and bookkeeping
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Payroll processing and remittances
- GST/PST filings
- Customer Billing
- AP/AR Functions
- Accounts payable and receivable support
- Other bookkeeping-related duties as required
Qualifications:
- Bookkeeping experience required
- Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) required
- Experience with QuickBooks Desktop (QBD) preferred
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Gmail/Google Workspace
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
The role will initially be approximately 3–10 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours as workload grows. Flexible working hours are available and will be discussed with the successful candidate.
Training and support will be provided. In-person work will be required initially, with the possibility of partial remote work once training is completed.
