The Work You Will Do
In partnership with the field team, the RN has the chance to experience various health care settings by choosing from a wide variety of interesting short- and long-term mandates. Replacement periods vary depending on your availability. Through a continuing education program, the nurse will be able to continue their career development throughout their employment at Bayshore. They will have the opportunity to experience home care, liaison work, community health, public health clinics, specific departments in hospitals and more – all in a secure environment.
Education and Experience
- A recognized diploma from a school of nursing and valid OIIQ license to practice according to provincial regulations.
- A valid CPR certificate is required.
- At least one year of nursing experience not including stage or school placements.
- Bilingualism (English and French) spoken and written
- Excellent clinical judgment, problem solving, critical thinking, professionalism, punctuality and ability to work as part of a team
