We are looking for a passionate, creative, and experienced Mixologist to join our bar team. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of classic and contemporary cocktails, premium spirits, wine, sake, and beverage trends. You will be responsible for crafting exceptional drinks, delivering outstanding guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to company standards.
- Create innovative seasonal cocktails and contribute to menu development.
- Ensure consistency in recipes, presentation, and portion control.
- Engage with guests by recommending beverages and providing an elevated hospitality experience.
- Maintain expert knowledge of spirits, wines, sake, beer, and cocktail techniques.
- Monitor bar inventory and communicate stock requirements to management.
- Minimize waste and ensure proper storage and rotation of all bar products.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the entire bar area.
- Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
- Assist in training junior bartenders and bar support staff.
- Participate in menu tastings, promotional events, and staff training sessions.
- Follow all health, safety, and company operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in an upscale restaurant, cocktail bar, hotel, or lounge.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, modern mixology, spirits, liqueurs, wine, sake, and beer.
- Experience with premium cocktail presentation and garnish techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Smart Serve Certification (required).
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Japanese, Mediterranean, or Asian-inspired beverages.
- Flair bartending or advanced mixology certifications are considered an asset.
Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
