Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Permanent Holiday Lighting Installer to join our team. This role involves installing, and maintaining, permanent holiday lighting systems on residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor lighting, excellent craftsmanship, and a commitment to safety and quality. Duties
- Install permanent holiday lighting systems on various structures including rooftops, and building facades.
- Ensure all lighting installations are secure, safe, and compliant with industry standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of installed lighting systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and provide professional recommendations.
- Adhere to safety protocols during all phases of installation and maintenance work.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized manner.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in low voltage work, outdoor lighting installation, or related trades is preferred.
- Ability to work at heights safely using ladders or scaffolding.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot electrical or structural issues.
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift moderate loads and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license are preferred for traveling between job sites.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.
Pay: $19.50-$22.00 per hour
