- Is responsible for building growth and profit as well as supporting a team of passionate, customer-focused sales consultants that provide a high standard of customer service while achieving sales and revenue growth expectations. - Organizing financing contracts
- Meeting with clients to discuss vehicle financing options
- Presenting vehicle protection options
- Presenting credit and life protection options
- Working with lenders to secure loan approvals and funding
- Presenting Vehicle warranty and upgrade options
- Collecting client information Responding to email and phone inquiries
- Processing client credit applications Prepare all related documents, i.e., finance contract, bill of sale, proof of insurance, credit applications, etc.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues successfully.
- Manage compliance with all government (Municipal, Provincial and Federal) and OMVIC regulations.
- Review, analyze business activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine department or division progress toward stated goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and on-time delivery.
- 3-5+ years of F & of import Dealership Management experience and Honda/Acura is preferred.
- Must have the ability to raise sales volumes while maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Experience Knowledge of One-Eighty and PBS would be an asset.
- Must possess a winning attitude and the drive to succeed.
- Strong working knowledge of motivation, training, appraisal and general management sales/service skills.
- Leadership ability and team building skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Valid OMVIC licence.
- Must possess a valid driver’s licence and provide a clean driving abstract.
- A desire to achieve the very best in customer service and teamwork.
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers.
- Post-Secondary Degree or Diploma in a Business, Automotive or other related area.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and automotive software.
- Must have the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, procedures, etc.
