Job Summary
A commercial office in North Vancouver is seeking two reliable and detail‑oriented cleaning contractors to provide evening office cleaning services. The client requires two cleaners on site for each service day.
This is a flat‑rate contract, not an hourly position. All cleaning must begin after 5 PM.
All cleaning supplies and materials are provided.
Additional work may be offered based on performance and reliability.
Schedule
- Tuesday (after 5 PM)
- Friday (after 5 PM)
- Saturday (after 5 PM)
Responsibilities
- General office cleaning
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming
- Emptying garbage and replacing liners
- Cleaning and restocking washrooms
- Surface disinfecting
- Dusting and spot cleaning
- Following a provided cleaning checklist
- Lock‑up procedures.
Requirements
- Two cleaners needed (apply as a pair or individually)
- Must be local to North Vancouver
- Must have your own vehicle
- Must be available after 5 PM
- Must be reliable, consistent, and detail‑oriented
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Comfortable with a flat‑rate contract
- Office cleaning experience preferred (training can be provided)
