Position Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Client Experience Coordinator to join our team.
As a Patient Experience Coordinator at Podium, you’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional experience for every patient. You’ll manage front desk operations, scheduling, phone and email inquiries, payments and billing, patient communication, and general administrative tasks while supporting the team and keeping the clinic organized and running smoothly. Most importantly, you’ll help ensure every person who walks through our doors feels welcomed, heard, and taken care of.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, healthcare administration, or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional, and welcoming personality
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and multitasking
- Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and basic office technology
- Ability to handle confidential patient information professionally
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- A genuine interest in health, wellness, fitness, or sport is an asset
- Experience with Jane App, direct billing, or healthcare administration is an asset
Position Details:
- Part-time schedule (20-25hrs a week)
- Evening work (3pm-7:30pm)
